    RE:MY REFUND!!!I returned your product on April 1st 2010 due to lack of information on your behalf. Your company with/drew close to $400.00 from my checking account w/o my permission. It was explained to me that it would take 21-30 business days till I would receive my refund. It has been 27 business days & still no refund!     I ordered the Windows Front Page CD set back in the beginning of March online and received it in the mail about 7 days later. I was then charged $389.99 for which I contacted their customer service department and cancelled my account asking for a refund.     Video Professor keeps sending me their products when I did not request them to do so. After receiving their first product I thought it would be free. The product arrived in the mail without any information about their offer or return policy. after a couple of months I noticed my credit card was being charged for the product and other products I did not request.
